Yesterday, our publisher, the Kent State University Press, came to us and made a formal request that we agree to do You Stink Too! Pro Football’s Terrible Teams and Pathetic Players, and we have agreed to do so. The Press is sending us an advance contract, and we will begin work this fall. Michael and I are very excited with the reception for You Stink! and for the fact that our publisher has sufficient faith in us and in our ability to create a second book that will be as fun and entertaining s the first one was.

I still have nightmares about Jim Brown averaging about 50 yards per carry against nt boys in Black and Gold. The last 40 years do belong to us though. Just count the rings!
No doubt both squads merit some space in the upcoming work!

Sounds good. Undoubtedly the 0-14 Buccaneers will make the cut. Which brings to mind John McKay’s response when asked during that season what he thought of his team’s execution – “I’m in favor of it”.

I would suggest the Pittsburgh Steelers; pre-Chuck Noll. They were horrible, and the contrast with the post 1960’s Steelers is shocking!
