Thanks so much for tackling this subject — bought your new book, and look forward to getting into it. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading through your site, so I’m sure I’ll enjoy your published work. I live just about 15-20 minutes from White Sulphur Springs, WV.
A small request, if I may — I think it’d be beyond awesome if you could do a full cavalryman profile on Vincent A. “Clawhammer” Witcher! At least, I don’t think one has been done by you, I couldn’t find it through the ‘search’ function. One of my ancestors rode with him in the 34th Batt’n VA Cavalry. Witcher was…an interesting character, to say the least.
