In the never-ending hope of selling more books, J. D. Petruzzi and I have developed a web site to try to sell copies of our book on Stuart’s Ride. Please check out our new web site.
Of course, the site exists for one reason: shameless self-promotion. ๐
Having said that, it was just launched yesterday, and the content for it is still being developed. Please check back regularly.
And thanks for tolerating our shameless self-promotion.

Looks good. I think any author and publisher who does not do a web site for their books is missing out, as it gives you worldwide exposure.
Dear Eric and J.D.,
Shameless, perhaps; shameful, no! Good luck. I look forward to purchasing a copy and reading it. I expect it to be very interesting.
Best wishes always,
Lanny
Thanks, folks. Eric and I are shortly having this new website professionally redesigned (we want the website to reflect the same amount of effort we put into the book) but at least this is up for now.
And we agree with you Fred – plus, a website gives a potential reader much more information about the book prior to purchase. I know I often try to find as much info before purchasing (what the author has to say, reviews, content, etc) and often such information is impossible to find. I have always appreciated websites devoted to books.

Excellent work guys. (Hi Fred too.) The web is among the most beneficial aspects of writing in today’s age. The marketing, promotion, and sale potential (on a global scale) is exactly what the Internet is meant to be – a tool for reaching the masses. Looking forward to reading it and writing my upcoming review of the piece. As this is such a fascinating and controversial-topic (close to my own heart), I hope to aid in getting the word out too. Just ask Fred. ๐
LOL Mike – please know that Eric and I very much appreciate your interest in this. I’ve told folks this many times, but it bears repeating… and I know Eric feels the same – we really have our hearts and souls in this one. Not to take away from any of our other writings, but this was one we really put everything into. At times I think we both felt as if we were climbing into the saddles next to the troopers and trying to tell the story as we observed it.
We really hope that feeling and dedication comes across to the readers of the book, and that folks get something out of it.
J.D.
Just an FYI guys. I previewed the book and website on my blog. If the book is as good as the website – you’ll have no problem selling them.
