Susan, Nero, and Aurora join me in wishing each and every one of you happy holidays. Merry Christmas to all, happy Kwanzaa to those to whom it applies, and to the rest, a joyous Festivus.

Indeed! Happy Festivus to all and may the “feats of strength” at your Festivus celebration be devoid of smoove wielding bitches!

So Festivus originated with Seinfeld. That explains it.

As one who watched only occasional snippets of the alleged comedy called “Seinfeld” over the years to remind myself why I didn’t watch it regularly, I was a little behind the curve on this Festivus thing and the Airing of Grievances and all that. But now it makes sense. I like it when things make sense.

But, hey, that’s why there’s chocolate AND vanilla.

So Happy Festivus to those of you who thought, for whatever bizarre reasons, that Seinfeld was funny. Merry Christmas to everyone else. And God bless us, every one.
