]]>I’ve always wondered what differences there are in current book club editions vs. the ‘real’ thing. The club editions are vastly discounted on the secondary market. In the past I believe some book club editions were resized (dimension-wise), but the current ones look pretty much the same to me. There was conversation about book club identification on this booksellers forum I subscribe to and they say the easiest way to recognize them is a marking (I forget what it was exactly) on one of the boards near the spine. It always reminds of the times when I tried to sell my cd club cds and the used store clerk would say they didn’t buy ‘cd club’ cds because I didn’t pay much for them in the first place…LOL.

]]>Big-time Congratulations! I’m looking forward to that book. BTW, rumour has it that you’ll be speaking to our roundtable in Rochester Hills, MI sometime next year. If true, then I also look forward to meeting you in person!
