I have found numerous oversights, often in the form of missing words. Also, though it may have been intentional, I was a bit confused by the repetition of at least two major quotations in the same chapter. (I’d point out the specifics, but my copy of the book is not close at hand.) Otherwise, I congratulate you on this excellent piece of research.
