]]>A long time comin’ for this Tigers fan. How sweet it was to be sitting in a little bar WAY up in Michigan’s upper peninsula, and watching the jubilation unfold. Finally, the Tigers showed a national TV audience during games 2 – 4 why they had the best record in baseball for most of the season. EXCELLENT pitching from a bunch of home-grown youngsters who are starting to jell.
The several-week collapse at the end of the season appears to be past.
