Banks do not like to hold onto foreclosed property very long. That’s just not they’re business. Often, they’ll cut their losses & sell it relatively cheaply just to get it off of they’re hands.

Hopefully there’s not a way for them to parcel the acreage into separate properties.

Well, if I win the Powerball this week, Susquehanna Bank will be near the top of my list of places I need to call. LOL
